SARGODHA:The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested three suspects involved in human smuggling and visa fraud.According to the FIA spokesperson Abdul Ghafoor here on Monday, the suspects identified as Sohail, Muhammad Ahsan, and Muhammad Ramzan, were apprehended from various areas of Faisalabad and Sargodha.The spokesperson said that accused Sohail allegedly defrauded a citizen of Rs 2 million by promising to send him to Spain. Similarly, Muhammad Ahsan and Muhammad Ramzan are accused of taking Rs 1.2 million from a citizen on the pretext of arranging employment in Qatar.The accused failed to send the victims abroad and went into hiding after receiving large sums of money. The spokesperson added that the suspects have been taken into custody and a formal investigation has been initiated.
