ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information Marriyum Aurangzeb on Friday claimed that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan is healthy but posing himself as an injured person.
The federal information minister addressed a press conference in Islamabad on Friday and criticized the rival party leader for telling lies in public.
The ruling party, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Marriyum Aurangzeb said she is now fully convinced by Imran Khan’s speeches that he was not hit by any bullet during his long march at Wazirabad.
The federal information minister also said that former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s long march has now turned into a ‘work from home’ march.
Talking about the issue of appointment of the new army chief, the information minister said PTI chairman Imran Khan offered the army chief a lifetime extension in his tenure.
Marriyum said the accused Imran Khan has accepted the allegation of selling the watch and the fake receipts of it have been made.
About the announcement of Imran Khan to file a case against the rulers on the ‘watch propaganda’ in the UK and UAE courts, she said the PTI chairman should come to FIA instead of going to the UK and UAE.
