TAXILA: Leader of ChNisar Ali Khan group Sheikh Zeeshan Saeed has said that Independent candidate for National assembly NA-54 become strongest candidate after independent candidate, political groups, influential personalities and baradris have announced their support in the upcoming general election. He was addressing an election rally held in Rehbar colony Taxila in connection to electioneering drive on Wednesday.
Sheikh Zeeshan was of the view that after independent candidate Zeeshan Sadeeq Butt- a key PML-N leader having strong vote bank in the downtown areas of the city has announced to support former interior minister Ch Nisar Ali Khan, social and public figure Malik Sohail Akhter- known as Edhi of rural areas of the city and Pushtoon baradis living in various parts of the city in upcoming general election, Nisar emerges as a strongest candidate on the political arena. “With massive public support who belongs to all walks of life, Ch Nisar Ali Khan vote bank is increasing with each passing day and it is expect that he would turned the table over all his opponents especially Istikham Pakistan party candidate Ghulam Sarwar Khan and PMLN candidate barrister Aqeel Malik.” He added. He said from Chakri-bordering district with Rawalpindi to Usman Khattar-bordering to Haripur, support for Ch Nisar Ali Khan is increasing with each passing day and it is expecting that his election symbol “aero plane” would crush all the candidates’ election symbol on polling day February 8. He vowed that after being elected from the constituency, Nisar would announce a mega development plan for the city for provision of missing facilities for the inhabitants of the area.
