Islamabad: IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi heard the problems of citizens and police officers in the open court and issued instructions to solve them on the spot. According to Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held an open court at the Central Police Office Islamabad “under the open door policy”. IG Islamabad while issuing instructions to the officers said that meritorious and immediate solution of citizens’ problems is our first priority, if any citizen has any problem related to the police, he can come to the open court. Yes, my doors are always open for my citizens, IG Islamabad while issuing orders to the officers concerned on citizens’ complaints, said to solve the applications on merit within the stipulated time frame and send the report to the Central Police Office, IG Islam. Islamabad directed all the SDPOs and SHOs to adhere to the fixed time in their offices and solve the problems of citizens on priority basis, IG Islamabad added that Islamabad Police citizens is taking various measures for the facilities, holding open court on daily basis is helping to resolve the issues on priority basis, IG Islamabad directed all Zonal Officers and SHOs to Meet the citizens in their offices at the scheduled time and solve their problems in a timely and meritorious manner.
