Lahore:A free diabetes camp was organized at Falcon Complex in collaboration with the PCDA Lahore Chapter and PAFP Doctorscon.The management of Falcon Complex, in partnership with the PCDA Lahore Chapter, PAFP Doctorscon, RAC staff, Mr. Sajad Habib, AVM Sahib, and Dr. Qaiser Rafiq, organized the free diabetes camp to provide medical facilities to the residents of the society. Approximately 300 citizens participated in the camp, where their sugar tests were conducted. Based on the results, doctors prescribed medications and provided advice on appropriate dietary precautions.Dr. Manzoor Janjua and Dr. Abdul Rauf explained the details of diabetes to the residents of the society, shedding light on its treatment and prevention. Dr. Tahir Rasool, Dr. Altaf Cheema, Dr. Nadeem Khwaja, and Dr. Shahid Shihab answered the participants’ questions in detail and provided awareness about the modern use of diabetes medication and minimizing dependency on insulin.In addition to conducting various blood tests, the medical team educated the public on the benefits of physical exercise and healthy nutrition.
