Pakistan’s first public-sector autism school near completion in Lahore

LAHORE : Pakistan’s first public-sector autism school is in its final stages of completion in Lahore. Autistic children will be treated free of cost at the facility. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz said special children were like special heroes for us. She said the target to improve special education centres and systems would be achieved at any cost. Maryam Nawaz said “our aim is to rehabilitate special children and make them useful citizens of society”.
