LAHORE:Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has hailed the Punjab government of Maryam Nawaz Sharif for the unwavering support at all levels in the successful conduct of the three-match T20I series from May 28 – June 1 at the Gaddafi stadium, Lahore.
In a press release issued here on Monday, Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi acknowledged that under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the Punjab government’s assistance has been exemplary.Mohsin Naqvi also lauded the exceptional security arrangements made for the cricket series against Bangladesh with special mention of the the efforts of Lahore Police, the Pakistan Army, Rangers, and other law enforcement agencies for their exemplary performance.Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi extended his heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif and the Punjab government, adding that the law enforcement agencies ensured foolproof security during all three matches allowing cricket fans to enjoy the games in a safe and secure environment.
Naqvi congratulated Lahore Police and all relevant security agencies for their dedication and tireless efforts. He also extended his appreciation for the officers and personnel who performed their duties with utmost diligence, ensuring a successful and secure cricket series.
