Lahore:Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, was visited at the Central Police Office by a courageous and talented youth suffering from congenital disorders. According to the spokesperson of Punjab Police, Noor-ud-din met IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar along with his father Zaheer Babar and brother Shaan Elahi. Nineteen-year-old Noor-ud-din, suffering from serious congenital disorders (anchored platja, thoracolumbar scoliosis, asthma), has not been able to achieve physical growth. Noor-ud-din, inspired by the outstanding community services of Punjab Police, had expressed a desire to meet IG Punjab.Noor-ud-din presented his authored books in Urdu and English to IG Punjab. Despite suffering from extremely rare diseases and physical disability, IG Punjab appreciated Noor-ud-din’s remarkable display of creative abilities. IG Punjab said that this brave young man, with firm determination, hard work, and dedication, has not allowed his physical disability to stand in the way of his God-given talents. IG Punjab advised Noor-ud-din to form and groom a community of talented youth like himself through the Police tahaffuz marakaz. On this occasion, Dr. Usman Anwar said that Punjab Police is fully prepared to support and encourage courageous youth like Noor-ud-din through its tahaffuz marakaz. The spokesperson of Punjab Police said that Noor-ud-din, despite suffering from severe illnesses and physical disability, has authored two books titled “Sawal” and “Musaafir”.
