Lahore:Inspector General of Punjab Police, Dr. Usman Anwar, met with police personnel and their family members at the Central Police Office. During the meeting, IG Punjab attentively listened to the concerns of the employees and issued immediate directives for relief. According to the details, on Constable Usman Mubarak’s request for medical financial assistance, the DIG Welfare and Finance was directed to provide relief. In response to Head Constable Mudassir Hussain’s transfer/posting request, the DIG Establishment-II was instructed to take appropriate action. Similarly, Constable Asim Zaki’s request was referred to the Additional IG CCD Punjab for necessary relief. On the appeal of the widow of former Constable Muhammad Imran Shafiq, the DIG Establishment-II was also directed to ensure the required assistance. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar also issued orders on various other applications related to discipline, administration, promotions, and welfare matters.
