ISLAMABAD:Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Captain (retd.) Hamzah Humayun visited the Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) Headquarters in Faizabad to review licensing, medical, and driving test facilities and to ensure better public service delivery.An ITP official told APP on Sunday that during the visit, CTO Hamzah personally inspected operations in the licensing branch and interacted with citizens to hear their feedback and suggestions for improvement.CTO Hamzah was briefed by senior ITP officers on ongoing services, medical testing, and the overall process of licence issuance. He directed the staff to make the driving licence process simpler, faster, and more transparent so that citizens face no inconvenience.He appreciated the dedication of the officers and personnel on duty, stating that ITP staff are performing their responsibilities with commitment and professionalism. He emphasized that citizens should always be treated with respect and courtesy, as the primary responsibility of the police is to resolve public issues effectively.Hamzah  said that his visit aimed to personally assess the facilities being provided to citizens, motivate the officers and staff, and boost their morale. He reiterated that the goal of Islamabad Police is not only the enforcement of law but also ensuring the best possible facilities for the public./
