Abid Ashfaque Malick appointed as MD / CEO of Pakistan Petroleum Limited

ISLAMABAD: September 03, The Board of Directors of Pakistan Petroleum Limited at its meeting held today on 2nd September 2022 has decided to appoint Mr. Abid Ashfaque Malick as Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer of Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) with immediate effect. Mr. Malick has appointed till the appointment of a regular Chief Executive Officer. The hiring proces for new Managing Director is underway. PPL is one of the biggest Oil and Gas exploration and production company of Pakistan in public sector. PPL has several Petroleum concessions agreements and Joint venture projects all over Pakistan where PPL is producing thousands of barrels Oil as well Gas. Furthermore Mr. Moin Raza Khan, Deputy Managing Director was performing as acting Managing Director of the Company before issuance of notification of appointment of Mr. Abid Ashfaque Malick today.
