Tehreek e Tarraqi o Kamal Party Convention in Lahore held

Lahore, Sept 03: A large number of people from local and surrounding areas representing various walks of life participated in the party’s Lahore convention organized by Tehreek e Tarraqi o Kamal Pakistan. In his address to the audience, founding Chairman of the party, Gen (R) Furrukh Bashir spoke about the party’s aims and objectives and its political agenda. He said that I have no competition with anyone, my enemies in the country are security challenges, ignorance, corruption, poverty, economic depression and political and religious tensions. He further said that we will move forward with economic justice, economic development and achieve long term economic goals, If our intentions are honest, God will help us. He added that we will not do politics of hypocrisy in Pakistan. In his address to the party convention, General Secretary Bilal Alvi reiterated the party’s commitment that the political objective of the party is only the welfare of Pakistan and its people. Zia Anjum Bodla, President of Tehreek e Taragqi o Kamal Lahore also addressed the participants of the event and congratulated the officials for organizing the successful convention. He informed the audience about the long struggle of Chairman Tehreek Farrukh Bashir. In the event, Zafar Baloch on behalf of Kawish Welfare Trust informed the participants about the flood disasters and the relief efforts made in this regard. At the end of the event, the participants asked Chairman Tehreek questions about the party, domestic and international political scenario.
