Ten outlaws held; Drugs and weapons recovered

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police arrested 10 outlaws and recovered drugs and weapons with ammunition from their possession, a police public relations officer said.
He said that, following the special directions of IGP Islamabad Dr Akbar Nasir Khan, Islamabad capital police intensified crackdown against criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city.
Following these directives, Ramna police team arrested an accused namely Zakir Ullah and recovered 1780 gram drug from his possession. Similarly, Shehzad Town police arrested three accused namely Rizwan, Zulfiqar Ahmed and Azhar Mehmood and recovered 2675 grams of drugs from their possession. Likewise, Noon police arrested four accused namely Awais Javed, Amir Salam, Khayal Zada and Ghulam Hussain and recovered 2490 gram drugs from their possession.
