ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital police Shalimar police team arrested two accused during the crackdown against illegal sheesha centres, and recovered sheesha, hookah and flavors from their possession, a police public relations officer said.
He said that Islamabad capital police intensified crackdown against the illegal sheesha centers in order to eliminate this menace from the city and special efforts are also taken against the accused involved in immoral activities.
According to the details, a Shalimar police team apprehended two accused during the crackdown against illegal sheesha centres. The accused were identified as Shahbaz Hussain and Sahib Wali Khan. Police team recovered sheesha, hookah and flavors from their possession.
Case has been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
Safety of lives and property of the citizens is the prime responsibility of Islamabad capital police. Citizens are also requested to report any suspicious activity to nearest police stations or at emergency helpline “Pucar-15”.
