ISLAMABAD: In a recent development, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has uncovered a case involving fake and bogus plot files in various sectors of Islamabad. Private individuals and property dealers, in collaboration with CDA officers and officials, have attempted to transfer these fraudulent allotments. The details of the fake plot files are as follows:

To ensure justice is served, the Chairman of CDA has instructed Deputy Director Waheed Abbas Bhatti to refer the case to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the premier investigation agency in the country. The FIA will conduct a thorough investigation into the matter, aiming to identify those responsible for this fraudulent activity. This action has been taken with the approval of the Chairman of CDA. However, FIA said that they are already working on identical bogus allotments in CDA Land Directorate.
