LAHORE (DL News) – The federal government on Monday slashed petrol price by up to Rs8 per litre for the fortnight starting January 16.However, the government decided to maintain the price of high-speed diesel.According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs8 per litre, bringing the new price to Rs259.34 per litre.

The price of high-speed diesel will remain unchanged, i.e., Rs276.21 per litre.
