ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) continues its tireless efforts to enhance the city’s infrastructure and provide top-notch facilities to its residents. In line with this commitment, special measures are now being implemented to ensure the welfare of working employees and officers within the organization.

Under the guidance of the Chairman of CDA, Member Technology and Digitalization has introduced E-Salary slips for all employees. This move aims to reduce paper consumption and costs, allowing the saved funds to be redirected towards further city development initiatives.

With the introduction of E-Salary slips, employees can conveniently download their monthly salary slips with just one click, eliminating the need to physically visit offices for collection. Additionally, employees now have the flexibility to access and download salary slips from any month, securely storing this data with their unique IDs and passwords.

The introduction of E-Salary slips has been met with enthusiasm from officers and employees, who view it as a positive step towards both employee welfare and city development. They express confidence that such initiatives, coupled with prudent savings, will accelerate the pace of construction and development in the city, ultimately leading to exponential progress.

The implementation of E-Salary slips underscores CDA’s commitment to modernizing administrative processes and fostering an environment of efficiency and sustainability.
