LAHORE: In a bid to uphold transparency and combat corruption in Punjab, Director General of Anti-Corruption, Sohail Zafar Chatta, has announced the implementation of open courtrooms across all regional and district offices. Emphasizing the department’s commitment to a corruption-free society, Chatta highlighted that the initiative aims to address public grievances promptly and ensure swift justice. Citizens are encouraged to courageously expose instances of corruption, with the assurance that offenders will face consequences. Following Chatta’s directive, open court sessions will convene daily from 10 am to 11 am, where Anti-Corruption officials will directly engage with citizens, listen to their concerns, and issue immediate resolutions.
