ISLAMABAD: Under the directives of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) is initiating step-wise E-Katcharis to address citizen concerns. The water supply department recently organized an e-Kachari aimed at resolving issues related to water supply, with officials, including the DG Water Management, fielding online queries and complaints from residents across Islamabad.
The E-Kachari saw active participation from residents, with online complaints pouring in from various sectors and areas of the city. Assurances were made by the CDA’s water supply department to address received complaints within twenty-four hours. Additionally, a dedicated helpline number (03357775444) has been launched to streamline citizen assistance efforts.
Alongside addressing complaints, the CDA urged citizens to exercise caution in water usage and minimize wastage to optimize resource utilization.
