Central Police Office: IG Punjab  met Police Employees and Their Families

Lahore:Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, said that addressing the personal and professional issues faced by police employees is among the top priorities. He instructed all supervisory officers to ensure timely actions under personal supervision. During a meeting at the Central Police Office, IG Punjab met with police employees and their families, listened to their requests, and issued immediate orders for resolution.Dr. Usman Anwar directed the DIG Establishment to provide relief based on merit regarding the promotion request of Sub-Inspector Shahid Mahmood. He also instructed the DIG Welfare to address the request of Investigation Branch Sub-Inspector Faheem Akhtar without delay. Additionally, he instructed the DIG Welfare to help ASI Muhammad Javed with his request for support in his son’s cancer treatment. IG Punjab directed the AIG Admin to provide relief for the recruitment request of the son of Inspector Muzaffar Hussain’s widow under the family claim. He also instructed the DIG Establishment to address the promotion request of Sub-Inspector Asif Raza. Dr. Usman Anwar emphasized that immediate action on all requests is essential to provide every possible relief to employees and their families. He reiterated that the welfare of police personnel is a primary objective, and prompt measures should be taken to resolve their issues.
