Multan: DG Anti-Corruption Sohail Zafar Chatha visited the Multan Regional Office and held an important meeting with the officers. During the meeting, he issued instructions to hold an open court in Multan soon so that immediate resolution of public issues can be made possible. He said that full action is being taken against mega scandals and there is no room for corrupt officers in the department. DG Sohail Zafar Chatha directed to further intensify the ongoing campaign against corruption and said that the Anti-Corruption Department is committed to resolving the issues of the people and strict action will continue against corrupt elements. Director Anti-Corruption Multan Basharat Nabi, Deputy Director Legal Zaheer Khan Sherwani, Deputy Director Investigation Imran Arif Sial, Deputy Director Technical Muhammad Arshad and other officers were also present on the occasion. The officers briefed the DG about the ongoing operations and future plans. Reiterating the department’s commitment, DG Sohail Zafar Chatha said that the Anti-Corruption Department is taking all possible steps to eradicate corruption and immediate action will be ensured on public complaints.
