ISLAMABAD:IG Islamabad held an open court at Central Police Office Islamabad under “open door policy” in which he listened to the problems of citizens and police officers. According to the details, Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held an open court at Central Police Office Islamabad under “open door policy”. IG Islamabad listened to the problems of citizens and police officers and issued instructions to the concerned officers to resolve them on the spot. He issued instructions to the officers and said that the resolution of the problems of citizens on merit and immediately is our top priority. If any citizen faces any problem related to the police, he can come to the open court. My doors are always open for my citizens. IG Islamabad issued orders to the concerned officers on the complaints of citizens and said that the applications should be resolved on merit within the stipulated time frame and a report should be submitted. He directed all SDPOs and SHOs to adhere to the time allotted in their offices, meet the citizens at the appointed time and resolve their issues timely and on merit. The IG Islamabad further said that Islamabad Police is taking various steps for the convenience of the citizens. Holding open courts on a daily basis is helping in resolving issues on a priority basis.
