RAWALPINDI : The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released a song titled “Dushmana Sun” ahead of the sixth anniversary of Operation Swift Retort to pay tribute to the brave sons of soil, who successfully thwarted border violation by Indian fighter jets on Feb 27, 2019.
The song expresses the pledge of the brave sons of the nation to defend the country. It is a challenge to every enemy of the motherland.
The lyrics of the song have been written by Ahmed Azeem, while Kamranullah Khan has sung and composed this beautiful anthem.
Feb 27, 2019, marks a significant event in Pakistan’s history, demonstrating the professional skill of the armed forces and the determination of the Pakistani people.
On this day, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) successfully thwarted a border violation and shot down two Indian fighter jets. During the operation, an Indian pilot, Abhinandan, was also captured.
Feb 27 serves as a reminder of the resolve that any aggression against the country’s sovereignty will be met with a strong response.
