Punjab Police committed to the best healthcare welfare of employees’ children

Lahore :Inspector General of Punjab Police Dr. Usman Anwar is committed to the best healthcare welfare of police employees’ children. In continuation of these efforts, a total of Rs. 3.782 million has been released for the treatment of children suffering from serious illnesses in Lahore and various other districts. According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, Constable Muhammad Abu Bakar was approved Rs. 1.66 million for his son’s cochlear implant surgery. Constable Ijaz Rasool received Rs. 725,000 for five surgeries of his daughter. Retired ASI Amir Maqsood was approved Rs. 325,000 for his daughter’s hearing treatment. Sub-Inspector Nasir Ahmad and Constable Muhammad Arif were each provided Rs. 250,000 for their children’s treatment. Head Constable Ehtisham-ul-Haq and Driver Constable Khalid Mahmood were each given Rs. 100,000 for their children’s treatment. Head Constable Tahir Islam and Constables Muhammad Asad and Atif Waheed were collectively approved Rs. 225,000 for their children’s treatment. Senior Traffic Warden Imran Khan, Traffic Assistant Ishrat Mehmood, and Head Constable Qaiser Nawaz were collectively given Rs. 147,000 for the treatment of their children. The above-mentioned funds were released following scrutiny and approval by the Welfare Management Committee. Dr. Usman Anwar said that well-being of the families of police employees engaged in protecting the lives and properties of citizens remains a top priority.
