ISLAMABAD:The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday issued notices to federal government and FIA on post-arrest bail petition of Pakistan Agriculture and Research Council (PARC)’s Chairman Dr. Ghulam Muhammad Ali. Justice Muhammad Asif heard the post-arrest bail petition of the accused. During the hearing, Advocate Noman Paracha appeared in the court on behalf of the petitioner.
The court issued notices to the federal government and the FIA, seeking a response, and adjourned the hearing until July 25.It should be noted that earlier, the Special Judge Central had rejected the bail application of Dr. Ghulam Muhammad Ali. The FIA has registered a case against PARC’s Chairman and others for alleged irregularities in recruitment.
