Islamabad: IG Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held an important meeting to resolve the problems of citizens, in which the IG reviewed the performance report of the complaint management system, issued instructions to take effective action on the complaints of citizens and resolve the problems on a priority basis through open courts. According to the details, Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held an important meeting at the Central Police Office Islamabad for timely resolution of the problems of citizens on merit and transparency. AIG Investigation and Complaints/Operations Inayat Ali Shah attended the meeting. On this occasion, IG Islamabad reviewed the performance report of the complaint management system and issued instructions to take effective action on the complaints of citizens and resolve the problems on a priority basis through open courts. IG Islamabad issued orders to innovate the complaint system and provide maximum facilities to the citizens in a better way and said that it has made it possible to register complaints of citizens and resolve them on a timely basis. He further said that Islamabad Police is utilizing all resources to provide the best and fastest justice to the citizens, fulfilling all legal requirements. Maintaining law and order in the federal capital, Islamabad, and ensuring the safety of lives and property of citizens are among the top priorities of Islamabad Police.
