KARACHI:The Pakistan Navy on Monday held a special ceremony at PNS Qasim, Manora in connection with Navy Day celebrations.The event’s chief guest was Commander Coast, Rear Admiral Faisal Amin, who witnessed a series of professional demonstrations by Pakistan Navy.Pakistan Navy’s elite commandos showcased a counter-terrorism operation, highlighting their tactical skills and rapid response capabilities.A spectacular helocasting demonstration was carried out by the Sea King helicopters, showcasing airborne insertion techniques.The audience was also treated with Dolphin maneuvers performed by speed boats from the Navy’s fleet.The event also featured a search and rescue operation simulating the rescue of an individual stranded in deep sea waters. In another operation, naval commandos successfully neutralized a mock terrorist threat on a vessel, retaking control from hostile elements.
