ISLAMABAD,: Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police arrested 14 accused and recovered drugs and weapons from their possession during an ongoing crackdown across the federal capital to curb crime and protect lives and property of citizens.An official told APP on Monday that police teams from Secretariat, Karachi Company, Sabzi Mandi, Noon, Shams Colony, Koral, Sihala, Shahzad Town and Bani Gala police stations conducted operations and apprehended 14 lawbreakers.The recovered items include 1,685 grams hashish, 685 grams ice, 20 wine bottles, four pistols, one gun with ammunition and one dagger, while separate cases have been registered and investigations are underway.SSP Operations Islamabad said that indiscriminate action is continuing against criminal elements and no one will be allowed to disrupt the peace of the federal capital.
