Three members of snatcher and bike lifter gangs held

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad capital police Noon and Golra police teams arrested 03 wanted members of bike lifting and dacoit gangs and recovered 03 stolen motorcycles and weapons with ammunition from their possession, a police public relations officer said.
He said that, a police team under the supervision of SHO Noon utilized all available resources and apprehended wanted members of a bike lifter gang. The accused was identified as Sulman. Police team also recovered three stolen motorbikes and spare parts from his possession.
During the preliminary investigation, the accused confessed multiple bike lifting incidents from various areas of Islamabad. Case has been registered against him and further investigation is underway.
Furthermore, a police team under the supervision of SHO Golra used human resources and latest technology and apprehended 02 members of a dacoit gang. The accused were identified as Shamraiz and Ajab.
