ISLAMABAD, Oct 13 (NNI): The federal government has approved a three-month extension in Rangers deployment in the federal capital. According to the sources, the federal cabinet approved the extension in the deployment of Rangers in Islamabad. The Home Ministry’s summary was okayed through circulation, insiders said. The federal capital chief commissioner made a request for an extension, the sources added. The federal capital has braced for maintain law and order in wake of the PTI chief Imran Khan’s march threat. For the past six months following his ouster, the former prime minister has been on a campaign against the coalition government in the federal capital.
