KARACHI: Tehreek Tarike-o-Kamal is an emerging political party. The third convention of the party was held last Sunday in a local hotel in Karachi.
Sindh president of Tehreek Tarike-o-Kamal Shiraz Ahmed and party vice-chairman Hasan Farooqui hosted the convention. The third major convention of Tehreek Tarike-o-Kamal was attended by people from various walks of life, especially the youth in large numbers who appreciated the party’s manifesto and policies. “Karachi is a reflection of Pakistan and systems are always fixed only by political struggle”, these views were expressed by the Chairman of Tehreek Tarike-o-Kamal, General (R) Farrukh Bashir while addressing the workers’ convention in Karachi.
Chairman of Tehreek Tarike-o-Kamal, General (R) Farrukh Bashir said, “We have to promote the spirit of patriotism in the Pakistani nation and take Pakistan in the direction of development so that we can join the ranks of developed countries”. “To be able to introduce the beloved country to the world, the progress and perfection movement will prove to be a pleasant breeze in the politics of Pakistan and, God willing, the progress and perfection movement will bring a positive change in the political scenario of Pakistan and make the slogan of politics for service a reality. It will set an example worthy of imitation for other political parties”, he continued.
On this occasion, Vice Chairman of Tehreek Tarike-o-Kamal Hasan Farooqui while addressing the workers convention said, “All of you should participate in politics practically and we should not waste our time watching talk shows but we should solve the problems of the people. We will have to struggle and today we have been provided with such a platform for progress and perfection that we will have to struggle for the problems of the oppressed people from this platform”. On this occasion, Bilal Ahmad Alvi, General Secretary of Tehreek Tarike-o-Kamal said, “We have to serve the people by devoting ourselves to the spirit of politics for service and we have to fight practically to end the sense of deprivation from the country. The purpose of going is to go down the graph of Pakistan because Karachi is mini Pakistan and we cannot develop without removing the deprivations of Karachi”.
