Lone martyr of Wazirabad sacrificed life while tackling attacker

WAZIRABAD, Nov 03 (NNI): The lone martyr of the assassination attempt on former premier Imran Khan took bullets while trying to tackle the attacker.
The martyred was identified as Moazzam Gondal who was participating in the long march along with his three children.
A resident of the Sial colony of Wazirabad city, Moazzam tried to tackle the attacker when he attempted to flee after a PTI worker Ibtisam.
The video footage that emerged on social media shows that when Ibtisam tried to tackle the attacker by holding his pistol he tried to flee and ran towards the place where Moazam was standing with his children. Moazzam tried to intercept the attacker when his pistol shot a fire that hit Moazam in the head and he died on the spot in front of his three children.
Ibtisam also fell while attacker ran ahead and later was captured by other PTI workers.
There were many tributes for Moazam for his act of bravery on the social media. NNI
