KARACHI, Nov 20 (NNI): Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori visited Jamia Darul Uloom Memon Masjid and met the principal, administration, teachers and students of Dar-ul-Uloom.
On the occasion, Governor Sindh said that Dar-ul-Uloom is a prominent religious institution as well as Memon Masjid is also a historical heritage.
He said that this institution is performing important services under the patronage of Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman, Mufti Sahib has played an exemplary role for religious tolerance and harmony in the country.
Kamran Khan Tessori said that Mufti Sahib’s innovation in madrasas along with religious teachings according to the contemporary requirements is commendable. Governor Sindh said that every department here is doing the best work, while the services of Dar-ul-Uloom regarding Islamic financing and Halal foods are unparalleled. He further said that institutions like this are the need of the hour, because these students are the architects of country’s future.
He further said that whatever services are required for spreading the teachings of beloved Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) from him, he will always be present. NNI
