TAXILA: The PTI Women wing Wah chapter on Sunday taken out protest rally to show support and solidarity with the Supreme Court and Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial amid the stand-off between the superior judiciary and the government. A large number of women, children and families attended the rally.
Addressing the rally, PTI President women wing Rawalpindi chapter Kalsoom Chaudhury has said that PTI is taking on streets to express solidarity with the Constitution, Supreme Court and chief justice of Pakistan.
She said that we want to warn rulers and their handlers that PTI would not be allowed to flout the Constitution and usurp citizens’ fundamental rights at any cost.
Addressing the rally, PTI local leader Shazia Azhar has said that the mafia has come after the Chief Justice, has divided the judiciary and making a fool of the Constitution,” Imran Khan said.
