Dr. Syed Kaleem Imam, a law enforcement specialist, further advocated for a thoughtful approach by law enforcement agencies towards HIV victims. The session concluded with Mr. Adnan Jalil, the caretaker minister, emphasizing the crucial role of first responders in combating stigma and discrimination. He acknowledged that first responders are often the initial point of contact in crisis situations and their informed and compassionate actions can significantly contribute to reducing HIV-related stigma.
