ISLAMABAD: In a swift response to the sad demise of His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait, Prime Minister Anwar ul Haq Kakar is set to embark on a one-day visit to Kuwait today.
Foreign Office Spokesperson, Mumtaz Zehra Baloch said in a statement that visit is aimed at conveying the sympathies and condolences of the Government and people of Pakistan to the Royal Family, the Kuwaiti government, and the citizens of Kuwait.
During his short visit, Prime Minister Kakar will engage in meetings with key dignitaries, including members of the Royal Family, to express solidarity and support during this challenging time. The trip underscores the strong diplomatic ties and friendship between Pakistan and Kuwait.
This diplomatic mission reflects Pakistan’s commitment to standing by its allies in times of sorrow and further strengthens the bond between the two nations.
