City Reporter
ISLAMABAD: In a significant move towards enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring transparency, JS Bank, in collaboration with the Capital Development Authority (CDA), has introduced biometric devices for the Sanitation Wing.
Under the directive of Chairman Capital Development Authority and Member Environment, the implementation of biometric devices aims to streamline attendance tracking and service delivery within the Sanitation Wing. More than 2000 officers and employees, particularly those in field roles, will now clock their attendance through these devices during office hours, curbing the prevalence of ghost employees and optimizing resource allocation.

This initiative not only promotes a paperless environment but also directs savings from traditional attendance methods towards urban development initiatives. The biometric system meticulously records the working hours of Sanitation Wing personnel, facilitating efficient management of administrative tasks such as transfers and personnel affairs.
