Inspector General Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has said that timely resolution of the problems faced by police employees and their families is the first priority of Punjab Police. IG Punjab said that applications related to professional affairs and welfare should be dealt with immediately and if any application requires assistance from the Central Police Office, they should be sent to the CPO immediately. He expressed these views today while meeting the police employees and their families at the Central Police Office.
According to the details, IG Punjab has sent the request for change investigation on behalf of former ASI Muhammad Arif’s son to Additional IG Investigation Punjab for relief, DSP Asif Khan and Inspector Mazhar Hussain on behalf of Shabbir Ahmed’s wife. SSPIAB Lahore directed relief after personal hearing on the application against. ASI Faisal’s request for assistance in cancer treatment was sent to DIG Welfare for action. Submitted the request of Sub Inspector Muhammad Ashraf’s wife for recruitment of son as driver constable to AIG Admin. Directed DIG Welfare to provide relief on treatment requests of Head Constable Muhammad Aqeel and Constable Muhammad Afzal from PKLI. of Directed relief to RPO Faisalabad on the request of Head Constable Ali Akbar for transfer to Faisalabad. IG Punjab also issued orders on applications related to recruitment, health welfare, discipline and other professional matters. IG Punjab said that all officers should provide relief to employees and their families through immediate action on the applications sent.
