Changes in Federal Bureaucracy despite weekly holiday

 ISLAMABAD: Appointments and transfers have been made at the highest level in the Federal Bureaucracy despite the weekly holiday on Saturday.  Federal Secretary Privatization Division Jawad Pal has been transferred and posted as Secretary Commerce Division while Jawad Pal has also been assigned the additional charge of Secretary Privatization Division.  Federal Secretary Aviation Division Captain Retired Saif Anjum has been transferred to Secretary Industry and Production Division and Special Secretary Petroleum Division Bushra Aman has been transferred to Secretary National Security Division.  The posts of Secretary Commerce and Secretary Industry and Production were vacant.  The above Secretaries of Grade 22 belong to Pakistan Administrative Service.  Meanwhile, Pakistan Administrative Service Grade 21 officer Shakeel Ahmad Manganijo posted in Sindh Government has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary Commerce Division, while Zafar Abbas, who is awaiting for appointment in Secretariat Group Grade 21 Establishment Division, has been posted as Additional Secretary Petroleum Division.  The Establishment Division has issued official notification of appointment and transfer.
