According to the details, Deputy Inspector General of Police Islamabad Syed Ali Raza held an open court in his office, DIG Islamabad listened to the problems of the citizens and gave time to the concerned officers for their immediate resolution on the marked requests. I issued orders to take legal action and submit a report, DIG Islamabad said that our first responsibility is to protect the life and property of the citizens and take care of their self-respect and solve all the problems on a priority basis. Solve, strict action will be taken against officials involved in bribery or corruption and zero tolerance policy will be adopted, use all available resources to solve the problems of citizens, he added that by holding open court itself Accountability will also be ensured, immediate solution of citizens’ problems is the first priority, every citizen has equal rights
Decisions will be made on merit on all applications, the protection of life, property and self-respect of citizens is paramount, on the special orders of IG Islamabad, all the officers of Operations Division are holding open court on daily basis.
