SIALKOT: According to the Police spokesperson, on the special instructions of DPO Sialkot Rana Umar Farooq, in view of the increasing incidents of robbery and banditry in different areas of Sialkot district, under the supervision of DSP City Circle, SHO of Hajipura Police Station. Along with the team, while taking action against the criminal elements, 9 suspects of Tariq alias Tara gang and Zohaib alias Zebi gang were arrested. The accused used to take cash etc. from people by force of arms and the accused used to have a master key with which they used to steal motorcycles parked on streets and main highways, hotels etc. by unlocking them with the master key. During the investigation, 8 lakh rupees in cash, 20 motorcycles and illegal weapons used in the incidents, 09 pistols of 30 bore and several bullets were recovered from the possession of the accused. 5.Imran, son of Nao by r/o Sirgodha
6.Shahzad son of Muhammad Ashraf r/o Malke Kalan
7.Ali Raza son of Abid Hussain r/o Kala Harawan
8.Hasan Ali, son of Ansir Abbas r/o Meyanapura
9.Hussam Naeem, son of Mohammad Naeem Khawaja r/o New Stadium, Multan
Investigation is on with the arrested accused, from whom further recovery will be done.
DPO Sialkot Rana Umar Farooq has announced appreciation certificates and cash rewards for all the officers and employees involved in the police team.
