Lahore:Inspector General of Police Dr. Usman Anwar attended the funeral prayers of Constable Muhammad Mubashar Bilal, who was martyred in the violence of miscreants in the Hakla area of Rawalpindi. The funeral prayers were held at Police Lines Headquarters Rawalpindi. Shahid, Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi Hassan Waqar Cheema and senior officers and officials. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar paid tribute to the mortal remains of Constable Muhammad Mubashar Bilal and laid a wreath. Prayers were offered for the high ranks of Constable Muhammad Mubashar Bilal Shaheed. Talking to the media after the funeral prayers of martyred Constable Muhammad Mubashar Bilal, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar said that Punjab Police is a safe force of more than 1700 brave martyrs and more than 2200 Ghazis like Constable Muhammad Mubashar Bilal. 119 officers and personnel of Punjab Police were injured by miscreants today. 04 Punjab Police personnel have firearm injuries while there are also critical and head injuries. IG Punjab said that the police can also use weapons, but the personnel were not armed while more than 22 Punjab Police vehicles were damaged. The Punjab Police force consists of 0210 thousand and 22 thousand Punjab Police personnel will be present at all times to secure Pakistan and the federal capital. Furthermore, IG Punjab said The Punjab Police will never forget the sacrifice of its brave martyr. The miscreants involved in the martyrdom of Constable Mubashir will be brought to justice and given the ultimate punishment and every possible care will be taken for the welfare of the family of the martyred constable. The spokesperson of Punjab Police said that Constable Muhammad Mubashir Bilal Shaheed belongs to Muzaffargarh district and the mourners of the martyr include his wife, 01 son and 02 daughters.
