Lahore:Inspector General of Police Punjab, Dr. Usman Anwar, met with police employees and their families at the Central Police Office Lahore. After listening to the problems of police employees and their families, he issued orders for immediate relief. According to details, in response to the financial assistance request from the widow of late ASI Ghulam Mustafa, the AIG Welfare was directed to provide relief and on the request of retired Constable Shoukat Din, the Additional IG Special Branch was directed to provide relief. Similarly, on the promotion requests of SI Muhammad Akram and SI Ghulam Shabbir, the Additional IG Punjab was instructed to provide relief. IG Punjab directed DIG Establishment-I to provide relief on the promotion request of Sub-Inspector Abrar Hussain. On the requests of Head Constable Rizwan Shahzad and the sister of martyr Constable Umair Nazir, relief was directed to be provided by DIG Establishment-II. Additionally, on the request of retired Constable Muhammad Hanif, the Additional IG Traffic Punjab was instructed to provide relief. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar also issued orders for relief on the request of Constable Faisal Manzoor, directing the CCPO Lahore and for the request of cook Mehran Ali, he issued orders for relief to the DPO Sargodha. Furthermore, on the request of the widow of late ASI Zulfiqar Ali, IG Punjab issued orders for relief to the CPO Rawalpindi, while on the request of the wife of martyr Constable Nazir Ahmed, relief was directed to be provided by DIG IAB. IG Punjab also directed relief for the request of the mother of martyr Constable Qurban Ali, instructing the DPO Gujrat to take action. In addition to the above, IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar issued orders regarding other applications related to discipline, administration, promotions, and welfare issues.
