Dr. Usman Anwar said that effective investigation, the arrest of proclaimed offenders, and timely challaning are the primary requirements of justice. A task list should be created for the arrest of proclaimed offenders involved in serious crimes such as murder, robbery, and abduction. Investigation officers should be given 15-day targets for the arrest of proclaimed offenders, and regular follow-ups should be conducted. Focus on preventing robberies, burglaries, motorcycle, and cattle thefts. Night patrolling should be purposeful and effective, and response to 15 calls should be further improved. Expand the scope of intelligence-based operations to eliminate organised crimes and drug dealers. Instead of unnecessary punishments, improve the performance of officials with a focus on reform. Continue search, sweep, and combing operations to suppress anti-state and disruptive elements.
