Lahore:Inspector General of Police Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar met with police employees and their families at the Central Police Office. IG Punjab listened to the concerns of police employees and issued directives for immediate relief. According to details, on the request of Security Constable Muhammad Waseem for transfer of investigation, IG Punjab directed DPO Pakpattan to provide relief. On the request for financial assistance by the widow of the late Traffic Warden Muhammad Shahid, DIG Welfare and Finance was directed to provide relief. On the request for promotion by Ghazi Inspector Ejaz Ahmad, Additional IG Punjab was instructed to provide relief. On the request for promotion by DSP Nasir Mehmood Malik, DIG Headquarters was directed to provide relief. On the request by former Security Constable Adil Ashfaq, DIG Establishment-II was instructed to provide relief. On the pension request by forcibly retired Constable Asghar Ali, IG Punjab instructed the CCPO Lahore was directed to provide relief. IG Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar also issued directives on other requests related to discipline, administration, promotion, and welfare.
