Lahore:Punjab Police is continuing targeted operations against dacoits in the Kacha area of Rahim Yar Khan. As part of these efforts, Rahim Yar Khan Police conducted an intelligence-based action against the Lathani Gang near the riverine island Chakr Boot in Kacha.Punjab Police spokesperson shared the details, that during the police operation, several dacoits including Dil Murad Lathani, Modi Lathani, and Farooq Lathani were injured. Rahim Yar Khan Police targeted the hideouts of the dacoits and set their dens ablaze.DPO Rahim Yar Khan, Irfan Ali Samo said that several dacoits of the Lathani Gang were injured due to the assault by police using modern weaponry. DPO Rahim Yar Khan further said that the police pursuit of criminals in Kacha is ongoing and intelligence-based targeted operations will continue until the elimination of the dacoits.
