RAWALPINDI:The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF), conducting 4 operations across the country, recovered as many as 154.97 kilograms of drugs worth more than Rs 11.8 million and arrested 4 suspects, said an ANF Headquarters spokesman on Monday.He informed that 70 grams of hashish were recovered from a passenger’s luggage at Islamabad International Airport, travelling to Birmingham via Dubai.uring another operation in Gaddap Town Karachi,150 kg of hashish was recovered from a truck, loaded with cotton sacks, and the accused was arrested on the spot.As many as 3.6 kg of hashish and 1 kg of ice concealed in 3 steering boxes in 2 cartons were seized from a motorcyclist near Sheikupura underpass on Gujranwala road.Similarly, 300 grams of ice were recovered from the possession of a motorcyclist near Chak Canal Road, Faisalabad.Cases have been registered against the arrested suspects under the Narcotics Control Act, and further investigations are underway.
