Lahore:Punjab Police organized an Inter-Range Rifle Shooting Competition at the Elite Police Training School Bedian, Lahore. Ten teams from various regions and units of Punjab Police participated in the event. According to the Punjab Police spokesperson, trainee DSPs from Sindh Police also took part in the competition. In these rifle shooting contests, the personnel of Elite Police Training School Bedian demonstrated excellent performance and clinched top positions. Constable Muhammad Javed secured first position, while Head Constable Muhammad Abbas won second position.Commandant of the Elite Police Training School, Lieutenant Colonel Khalid Salman, distributed prizes among the position holders. On the occasion, he said that the Punjab Police shooting team has already proven its expertise in various national and international competitions. Lieutenant Colonel Khalid Salman further said that such competitions not only enhance the professional skills of the personnel but also serve as an excellent means of real-time practice for quick response during emergency situations.
