ISLAMABAD: In a notable development, three Commodores of the Pakistan Navy have seen significant career advancements. Rear Admirals Muzammil Mahmood, Shahzad Hameed, and Azhar Mahmood have been promoted to higher ranks, reflecting their dedication and expertise.
Rear Admiral Muzammil Mahmood, now a Rear Admiral, commenced his career in the Marine Engineering branch back in 1992.
Rear Admiral Shahzad Hameed and Rear Admiral Azhar Mahmood achieved their commissions in the Operations branch in 1993, showcasing their commitment to operational excellence.
Educational Background:
All three officers have distinguished educational backgrounds, having graduated from prestigious institutions such as the Pakistan Naval War College Lahore and the National Defense University.
These accomplished officers have successfully fulfilled crucial responsibilities in both command and staff positions within the Pakistan Navy, further contributing to the maritime strength of the nation.
