An FIR will be registered against the owners of such properties, and they will be subjected to strict legal actions, said Memon. He however added this measure aims to deter property owners from allowing their premises to be used for illegal activities.

The crackdown is expected to send a strong message to those involved in such illicit activities and reinforce the rule of law in the province.
